As a registered dietitian, I believe in a whole-foods based approach to health and wellness. Having managed many of my own health concerns using a combination of Autoimmune Paleo, low-FODMAP, and gut healing principles, I have seen first hand the power that food and good nutrition can have on health and quality of life! Weeknight Paleo is a cookbook containing 20 of my favorite and most frequently cooked meals, complete with modifications for AIP (Autoimmune Paleo), GAPS (Gut and Psychology Syndrome), and low-FODMAP diets. Most recipes are also 21DSD (21 Day Sugar Detox) compliant, and each week comes with a shopping list. I'm thrilled to be able to share, and hope that you enjoy them as much as I do!
